Taking matters further

Bullying is a widespread problem that can occur anywhere, including at school, work, within families, or even online. While there is no legal definition of bullying, it is commonly defined as repeated behaviour intended to harm someone emotionally or physically. Often, bullying is targeted towards certain individuals based on their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, appearance, disability, or any other aspect.

When your child is being bullied at school, it can be a very stressful and confusing situation, leaving you uncertain about what steps to take to stop the bullying. This can have a significant impact on your child's mental health as well as you as a parent.

Bullying impacts your mental health, not just in the present, but as well in the future. Recent studies have shown that if you experience bullying during your childhood or teenage years, you may be twice as likely to use mental health services as an adult.

Bullying can take on various forms in the workplace, and it can be a distressing and devastating experience. If you feel like you are being bullied, it can have a significant impact on your emotional health.

"Cyberbullying" refers to the act of using electronic technology to harass, threaten, target or embarrass someone. Typically, perpetrators use social media platforms or other encrypted chat platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, or even direct text messages or emails to conduct the bullying. They usually remain anonymous, making it difficult to identify and hold them accountable for their actions.

Anti Bullying Investigations

"We accept cases of bullying and work to legally defuse the situation. We do not confront the bully directly but instead, gather evidence of the bullying by extracting it from various forms of communication. This documentation is then used to seek legal penalties under the law."
